We noticed many collegiate, young adult, and parachurch workers felt under resourced, disconnected, and desiring relationships with others who focus in similar spaces. Mike Brook, college pastor at Saddleback, dreamed up a simple concept to gather the young adult and college ministry workers for learning, collaboration, and connection.
We want to continue to provide space for this type of collaboration. We believe church based ministries and parachurch organizations have a lot to offer one another allowing for greater kingdom impact.
